Project Planning

Once the proposed solution has been designed and accepted by our client, we then start to plan the actual implementation thereof. This includes project workshops, including all key players, and communicating clearly what the expectations, deliverables, risks, people resources and timelines etc. will be. This will all be captured in a project charter document and once accepted by our client, we then draw up a project plan.
