The Job Card allows easy integration with other modules in PFIM. By right clicking on the Jobcard grid the popup menu appears, allowing the user to add costs to a Job.
The Markup popup menu allows the user to mark up price on cost price for selected or all issued goods.
The Templates popup allows the user to quickly add pre-saved template items to the Job.
The stock / inventory popup menu allows the user to issue goods from stores to the Job.
The Suppliers Orders popup menu allows the user to integrate with the Purchase Order system by creating new orders on suppliers, receiving (GRV) existing order and issuing to the Job.
The Serial number menu allows the user to link a Job Card to a serial number / unit for cost tracking purposes against specific unit(s).
The user can also apportion the costs on the Job to the Serial Number(s) being attended to.
The user can also update the technician notes against the Serial Number under Service Schedule.
The Job Card Items menu allows the user to allocate individual items on a Job Card against a progress invoice.
