Arrears

Customer Accounts 60 days in arrears.

  • Please note that where customers have fallen behind on payments ‘Minor changes to reports’ & ‘Basic telephonic assistance’ will be billed for separately.
  • You are no longer covered by the PFIM Maintenance agreement.
  • Proof of payment will be required to re-instate your PFIM Maintenance agreement.
  • When a Customer Account is over 60 days interest will be charged on the portion over 60 days.

Customer Accounts 120 days in arrears.

  • When a Customer Account is over 120 days and no arrangements have been made with the Peritus Accounts Department, the account will be turned over to our attorney for collection.
  • Legal fees and interest will be for your account.
